Yes, we will provide you a monthly report of rent and other income received, and maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. This will be provided once per month. If you have questions regarding your statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our Guarantee to you the Owner is: If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, you can fire us with a 30-Day written notice!! No questions asked, no cancellation fees. Our goal is to lease your home as quickly as possible. It is important that we find you a qualified tenant that will care for your home as you would. We will do everything possible to market your home and keep your rental price competitive. We can not guarantee a time limit on getting your home rented but know it does not do you or our company any good if your home is vacant.
As part of our service, we will register your property with the correct city and get you a sales tax license number. Your tenant will be responsible to pay the city sales tax each month with their rent and in turn we will send it monthly to the correct city. You will never have to worry about the city sales tax not being paid. If your property is vacant you do not pay any sales tax.
Yes, we will direct deposit your check in your checking or savings account on a monthly basis.
We will ensure all your maintenance needs are satisfied. High standards are very important to us. We can do everything from basic landscaping to a full remodel. We have a 24 hour emergency line available to your tenants. We constitute an emergency to be a fire, flood, HVAC. We will contact you the owner on all repairs needed over $200.00 except for emergencies, which will be handled immediately and then we will contact you to inform you of the issue.
