Having a washer and dryer in your property was a great incentive for renters. With appliances, things do go wrong, often at a time when it is inconvenient to deal with buying new replacements. We will install and maintain a washer and dryer for you on a rental basis for $25 per month per appliance. Maintenance is FREE and the contract can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice.
